Legacy Lane Properties LLC is a locally owned and operated property management company launched in 2023. Born out of a need to provide organized support, streamlined communication and effective management both for short term rentals and long term rentals in the West Alabama area. 

Owned by Kaysi Snyder and Alex McCune, Legacy Lane Properties is run by two knowledgeable and connected professionals in our community. We pride ourselves in putting our clients first everyday, everytime. We can manage both student and non-student rentals. They are both University of Alabama graduates with over 31 years of combined experience in bookkeeping, accounting, sales, real estate and management.
